When will I receive my product?

You'll receive your fragrances within one to two business days of receiving your order. For islands and remote areas, it may take up to 72 hours. After processing, you'll receive a tracking email from BRT.

Are the fragrances for men or women?

The fragrances in the Polignano Perfume Collection are all unisex. It all depends on your taste! If you have any questions, contact us for a free olfactory consultation and we'll be happy to help.

How do you handle returns?

Returns are accepted only for unopened and unsprayed perfumes. The request must be received within 14 days of receiving the fragrance. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

Where are perfumes produced?

The fragrances are produced in Pergola, in the province of Pesaro and Urbino, at the Joy SpA laboratories, with carefully selected, top-quality raw materials.
