Information regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal – Right of withdrawal and Effects

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform JOY S.p.A. (registered office: Via del lavoro 13, Pergola, email address: info@profumidipolignano.com) of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an explicit declaration.

Pursuant to articles 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the Customer has the right to withdraw without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen days from the day on which the Customer or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by the Customer, acquires physical possession of the goods.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments made to us, excluding delivery costs and any cash-on-delivery fees, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Such reimbursements will be made using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. The refund is suspended until the goods are received by the seller.

Please return the goods to JOY S.p.A., Via del lavoro 13, Pergola, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the day on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by you. Products that have been opened and sprayed for the first time cannot be returned.

From the moment the goods are returned to JOY S.p.A., in order to proceed with the refund it will be necessary to verify that the goods have not been tampered with and/or altered in any way that would compromise their future/immediate resale.

Should the product therefore prove unsellable, it will be returned at our expense to its rightful owner.

The refund will in any case be net of any other costs or fees incurred by JOY S.p.A. in connection with the sale.

Return of an incorrect product

In the event of a delivery error, i.e. in the case of delivery of an incorrect product, our customer service will contact the customer to arrange the collection of the wrong parcel by express courier, proceeding only subsequently with the redelivery of the correct product.

If the customer refuses the redelivery of the incorrect product, and in all cases of failure to communicate on the part of the customer, the first delivery shall be deemed tacitly accepted. Should there be price discrepancies between the product ordered and the one mistakenly received and not returned, a refund of the difference will be offered.

The right of return as described in detail in point 1 remains guaranteed.
