Shipping Costs – ITALY
Shipments within Italy are made via GLS or BRT courier.
Shipping is free for orders over €50. Otherwise, the cost is €5.
As required by the laws governing commerce, all Profumidipolignano.com shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of each item in Euros.
Shipping Costs – INTERNATIONAL
International shipments are made via GLS Parcel Europe, BRT/DPD, or DHL courier.
Within EU countries the shipping cost is €15, but it is free on a minimum order of €130.
For Non-EU countries, orders are shipped at a cost of €50.
For shipments to non-European countries, the average delivery time is 5/10 working days. Should customs hold the parcel for inspection, delivery may take longer, for reasons not attributable to Profumidipolignano.com.

Shipping Date
We ship on the same day all orders received by 12:00 p.m. from Monday to Friday. If the order is placed on a holiday or on the day before a holiday, the parcel will be shipped on the next working day.
From the time of shipment, the delivery times are as follows:
- 1-2 working days in Italy (+1 day for Sicily and Sardinia)
- 4-5 working days in the European Union
- 5-10 working days in Non-EU countries.
Order Status
At the time of order shipment, Profumidipolignano.com sends its customers an email containing the tracking number provided by the courier. Customers can track the status of their order directly on the courier's website. The web page displayed will show the exact and up-to-date movements of your shipment.
Authorised Delivery of the Shipment
Upon delivery of the goods, customers are asked to carefully inspect the parcel before signing as proof of receipt of the shipment. Profumidipolignano.com packages are carefully wrapped and sealed with adhesive tape. If for any reason the package appears to have been tampered with or the adhesive tape is not intact, customers are asked to sign for receipt with reservation in order to subsequently open a claim with the courier. Should delivery be accepted with an unauthorised signature or should there be evidence of tampering with the parcel, customers are asked to immediately report the incident to the local GLS/BRT office and to contact Profumidipolignano.com at the email address info@profumidipolignano.com. Profumi di Polignano.com does not, under any circumstances, accept complaints regarding parcels potentially tampered with by the courier if, upon receipt of the parcel, the buyer has not signed with reservation.
Shipment Holding
In the event of failed delivery, the courier automatically sends the sender – Profumidipolignano.com – the holding case file, which indicates the reason for the non-delivery and the request for instructions for release.
The customer also has the option to view the holding case file and the status of their order directly on the courier's website.
Profumidipolignano.com reserves the right to request the return of the goods after 5 working days have elapsed, in the absence of instructions from the end customer.
A maximum holding period of 15 days is provided for at the nearest courier branch.
Shipment Insurance
At checkout, the system automatically adds the insurance service to the cart at a cost of €4 or €6 (depending on the order value).
The insurance service protects the customer in the event of theft, loss, damage, or errors attributable to the express courier.
In the circumstances described above – subject to verification with Customer Service – the seller undertakes to arrange a new shipment of the missing or damaged products.
Should the customer deselect the insurance option (which is automatically suggested) by unchecking the relevant box, the refund or replacement services described above are not guaranteed to the customer under any circumstances.
